Opening Mitra Ayu - R&D Innovation Center in Malang, East Java

PT Mitra Ayu is proud to announce the opening of our newest R&D Innovation Center. The R&D Innovation Center is strategically situated in Araya Township, the largest residential complex in Malang, located in the northern part of Malang city, between the two toll gates of Surabaya and Malang, namely Singosari and Pakis, and close to the Abdulrachman Saleh Airport (MLG).

There are 4 categories of R&D interest:

1. Analytical method development for QA/QC

2. Process and product improvement

3. Biotechnology

4. Flavor and fragrance creation

This laboratory is equipped with State of the Art analytical and preparative instruments to support the research and development activities. For analytical purposes, Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GCMS) and High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) with Photodiode Array and UV-Vis detectors, as well as analytical and moisture balance are used. For preparative purposes, we have rotary evaporator, overhead stirrer, hotplate stirrer, micro-centrifuge, pH meter, vortex, fermenter unit, and many others.
