We transform our production waste into briquettes and pellets, creating renewable energy that replaces coal in our processes. In addition, we utilize coconut shells as a cleaner-burning alternative to fossil fuels, helping reduce carbon emissions while maximizing resource efficiency.

• Net-Zero Water System

Our operations are designed around a net-zero water approach. Water is used primarily for cooling, and we carefully monitor wastewater quality to ensure it meets strict environmental standards—minimizing impact while maintaining efficiency.

• Energy Efficiency and CO₂ Reduction

We continuously enhance our facilities with energy-saving technologies. The installation of an economizer allows us to capture and reuse excess heat, reducing overall energy consumption. Additionally, our CO₂ capture tank minimizes solvent usage in our Supercritical CO₂ Extraction process, supporting more sustainable and efficient production.

We are committed to a zero-waste philosophy by repurposing byproducts into valuable resources:
